Rented one for 1000km trip to Tahoe. Average MPG 19.5. For its size and partial 4x4 usage, I say that is pretty good. That is about the same as the Honda Mobilio I used to have back in 2003. The ride was surprisingly not mushy and all the occupants were quite happy with it. It is so big but nice tune Ford.
